    We offer a pick and drop service from your chosen location to your desired destination in Australia.
  • Why should I travel with Swift Ridez?
    We offer a 24-hour service. It’s simple, travel at your own convenience and you don’t rely on or work around airline, bus or train schedules. It is as simple as being picked up from your requested address and dropped to your required destination.
  • What if the car breaks down?
    Should the car breakdown during your trip, we will replace the car as soon as possible depending on the availability. If the car is not arranged, you are entitled fro 100% refund.
  • What if I want to change my date and time?
    If you want to reschedule your booking, a 6-hour notice from your scheduled booking time is required. This can be done by contacting us on +61 249 675 183 or simply by emailing us at support@swiftridez.com.au. If you require early pickup than the scheduled time then we will do our best to accommodate this, if you simply contact us.
  • What payment options do you have?
    We accept all major cards. If you require a booking, simply call us or visit our website to make your booking.
